My work is a technology art. From the blank screen I explore patterns, elements, textures, and lines visualized and invented as “scenes” to define the human experience in the digital world. Digital allows mixing raster and vector forms in layers, manipulating the attributes of each for different reactions. Pure vectors and geometries contrast the raster fragmentation of everything around them, creating the emotional and structural tension between linear and nonlinear experimentation in the work.

Reese Schroeder is a Techspressionist, working in digital media since 1984. A practicing architect for 34 years, Reese has mentored students at RISD, UTD, Northeastern, and BAC encouraging technology art incorporated into architecture. Recipient of several awards and recognition for his artworks both private and public collections, his artwork spans across multiple mediums including the archival print, architectural glass, carpets, fine china. in the USA and internationally.

Red Shadow is a ‘micro’ surrealistic narrative. It is a hybrid of animation and video captured at different times and locations. I create imagery with technology, primarily digital art tools, which combine an expressive subjectivity with the inexorable neutrality of geometrical structure. I believe this fits nicely into the definition of Techspressionism.

Victor Acevedo is an artist best known for his digital print work and video. His current focus is producing electronic visual music works. His imagery has a metaphysical bent, expressed with geometrical abstraction, sometimes with figuration. His video work explores the perceptual implications of synesthesia and is influenced by Sacred geometry as well as the geometry of Buckminster Fuller’s Synergetics.
