Karen LaFleur is a digital artist, writer, and animator. She combines traditional drawing and painting techniques with digital renderings and computer animation. A common theme in her artwork is the concept of resiliency; the interplay between interior and exterior worlds. Her artworks exhibit nationally including the Renwick Gallery of the Smithsonian Institute, Washington, DC, Cape Museum of Art, MA, Hammond Museum, NY, Union Square, SF, and can be found in private collections worldwide.
