July 23, 2026 – TS 2026 / DAC / Kawaguchi Reception at LACDA

A long-standing tradition of the SIGGRAPH conference, the Yoichiro Kawaguchi 39th Annual Sake Party made its vibrant return this year at LACDA. Attendees gathered to experience the Techspressionism 2026 Exhibition, the DAC Collaboration Projects, and also a display of Kawaguchi’s AI artworks in celebration of his legendary career and contributions to algorithmic art.

The highlights of the evening included the customary countdown to the breaking open of the traditional Japanese sake barrel.
