Trans-historical art is the blending of the new and the old. It is a way of reliving the history of art and keeping it topical and contemporary.

Oz’s Techspressionist artwork deploys the underlying technology of photography to “glitch” images, turning pixels into paintbrushes and randomly corrupting, bending and destroying data in an image to create an unpredictable aesthetic that defers to the whim of technology.  Oz studied art at the New York School of the Arts but her self-taught photography work has always been her primary passion.
